Outside of work, Blake is married to his high school sweetheart, Laine (Garrett) Bailey. They have two daughters, Bowen and Briar, and still live in their hometown of Heath, TX. The Baileys are active members of their local church, The Gathering.

He began his career in Austin, TX, working directly with individuals in recovery from substance abuse. That work shaped how he listens, communicates, and shows up for people during difficult moments.
Micah returned to Rockwall to be closer to family and to serve his community in a new way, real estate. He brings the same commitment to his clients that defined his years in recovery work: patience, honesty, and genuine investment in the outcome.
Buying or selling a home can be stressful, but Micah believes it doesn't have to be when it's handled with care. Clients who work with him once tend to call him again.
Outside of work, Micah spends time with family and friends and stays active in the Rockwall community he calls home.
Mackenzie was raised in Plano, TX, and always planned to make her home in North Texas. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma a decade ago and moved to Rockwall, where she taught math at Rockwall High School for several years. During that time, she served as a robotics sponsor and oversaw a portion of the school's International Baccalaureate program.
The organization and attention to detail that made her an effective teacher now serve her clients at Blake Bailey Property Group. Mackenzie breaks the real estate process into clear, simple steps, drawing on her background in education to guide each client based on their own goals and experience.
Outside of real estate, Mackenzie and her husband are raising three children. The family spends summers at the Rockwall Farmers Market and supports local businesses throughout the year.
